She also holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and is a trained meditation teacher through Alchemy Yoga and Meditation Centre in Uluwatu, Bali.

She has faced eating disorders, body image struggles, insomnia, mental health challenges, and the emotional impact of divorce and loss. Having worked under pressure as both a fashion model and in the corporate world, she understands how stress and perfectionism can affect every area of life.

Cristíona’s international modelling career exposed her to the realities of the beauty and wellness industries. It sparked a deeper desire to redefine health and confidence from the inside out—leading her to pursue holistic coaching rooted in balance and authenticity.
