These are one-hour small group strength and conditioning classes with a maximum of six participants. Experience functional training, exercises using your own body weight, weight lifting, and sometimes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuits.
They are held at The Stable Studio in Killruddery, near Bray, Co. Wicklow.
You will be guided safely, but challenged greatly and leave feeling energised and stronger with each class.
Beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts (and everyone in between) are welcome, as difficulty scaling options are given for each exercise as needed. Suitable for new mums and you may bring your baby in a buggy, with prior arrangement with Cristíona.
Drop ins are welcome, but booking is essential.
Before or after your session, it is recommended to pay a visit to Killruddery Yard which is open seven days a week and is home to the Garden Room Coffee Shop, Pizza Shed, The Grain Store and Farm Shop – perfect for some slow shopping or a leisurely coffee or bite before or after your session.
Parking and admission into the Killruddery Horse Yard are both free.
