About Cristíona
Born and raised on the west coast of Ireland, Cristíona qualified and worked in law before living and working as a model in New York, Los Angeles and London, where she also studied screen acting.
She is a certified health, nutrition and fitness coach, who works with individuals who need support to elevate their lives through mindset, nutrition + movement practices.

She credits her childhood for her appreciation for health, the outdoors, nature, nourishing food and fitness.
This, combined with her passion for helping others realise their true potential first drew her to qualify as a personal trainer in 2016 and then as a Health Coach with the London College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Returning to Ireland in 2020 she continued pursuing her passion for all things wellness related.
Inquisitive about the science behind the health benefits of eating a diet largely based around whole foods and plants, she earned a certificate in plant based nutrition from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY). However she is not fully plant based.
Cristíona is a committed humanitarian and it was her interest in human rights that led her to study law. She has been a Board Member for many years with the World Refugees School (WRS). She has championed and supported projects ranging from TEFL projects in Africa to delivering supplies to Georgian refugees. She also worked with First Light Trust supporting veterans from the armed forces and the blue light services.
Cristíona is a working model, signed with Assets (Dublin) and Mrs Robinson Management (London).
From her own first hand experience with eating disorders, unhealthy body image, mental health and rebuilding life after divorce and loss, Cristíona inspires, teaches and supports people to attain a fully sustainable healthy way of life, in all areas, supported by her proven Seven Pillars for Living programme.
